I joined T&S in 2021, a year marked by the travel industry’s downturn due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the prolonged absence of our founder, my father, due to illness. Despite the challenging business environment, we focused on combining the inherent strength of our people and brand to navigate through the crisis. Our resilience was tested during the recovery, but I am now confident that with a shared vision for the future, we can unlock endless possibilities.
