Attention During Air Transportation
Upon arrival at the airport, please carefully inspect your suitcase when collecting your luggage. In the event of any damage or abnormalities observed in the suitcase, promptly obtain a “Damage Certificate” issued by the airline upon your arrival at that airport. Compensation from the airline may be applicable.
Please note that damages during air transportation are not covered by our warranty.
* Failure to report promptly at the airport may result in the airline’s compensation being voided, so please be attentive in this regard.

About Warranty
Our products that come with either a “Product Warranty Certificate” or a “Platinum Warranty Certificate” are eligible for warranty coverage. Be aware that warranty periods differ between the “Product Warranty Certificate” and the “Platinum Warranty Certificate.”
Warranty Certificate and Period
diProducts accompanied by the Platinum Warranty Certificate are covered for the following Warranty :
5 years for the A-BLADE series
3 years for the Premium series, Grand series, and Outdoor series.
The Warranty Certificate provides a 1-year warranty for all other products.
Warranty Coverage and Periods:
During the warranty period, free repairs will be provided for material and manufacturing defects. In cases where repair is deemed impossible, an equivalent product exchange will be offered.
Not Covered by Warranty
The following scenarios are not covered by the warranty, and repair in such cases may incur charges.
- Damages occurring during airline handling or other damages during transportation.
- Damages resulting from improper handling or misuse.
- Damages on the surface due to normal use (wear and tear on wheels, zippers, handles, etc., as well as scratches, cracks, dents, fading, etc., on the main body).
- Damages resulting from repairs or modifications carried out by entities other than our repair center.
- Damages to contents or loss of contents.
- Damages related to unusability, loss of opportunities, or associated costs.
Required Documents
Please provide the product warranty certificate or platinum warranty certificate, along with the purchase proof (receipt, etc.).
Failure to present these documents may result in charges, so please keep them safe.
