We offer a loaner suitcase service while your suitcase is being repaired

During the repair period, we can provide a loaner suitcase from our available stock.
We offer a variety of sizes and styles, allowing you to choose one
that best suits the length of your trip and your travel needs.

Rental Fee (Free if your suitcase is within the warranty period.) ¥2,500
Round-Trip Shipping Free
Payment Method (The rental fee will be paid together with the repair fee.) Credit Card, Cash on Delivery (COD), or Bank Transfer
Loan Period Until your repaired suitcase is returned to you.

How the Loaner Suitcase Service Works

  • Request the Service

    When submitting your repair request, check “Use the Loaner Suitcase Service” in the Repair Request Form and enter your desired rental period.
    After we receive your request, one of our representatives will contact you with the available loaner suitcase options.

  • Shipment of the Loaner Suitcase

    Once your request has been confirmed, we will ship the loaner suitcase in time for your scheduled use.
    You may also specify your preferred delivery date and time.

  • Receive the Loaner Suitcase

    After receiving the loaner suitcase, please inspect it upon arrival.
    Place your suitcase requiring repair into the same shipping box used for the loaner suitcase, attach the prepaid return shipping label, and arrange for pickup with the designated courier to send it to us.

    *The prepaid return shipping label is attached to the inside of the top flap of the shipping box.

  • Payment

    Once we receive your suitcase, we will send you a repair estimate that includes the loaner suitcase service fee, if applicable.

    You may choose one of the following payment methods: Credit Card, Cash on Delivery (COD), or Bank Transfer.
    *If your repair is covered under warranty and is carried out within the warranty period at no charge, the loaner suitcase service is also provided free of charge.

  • Return the Loaner Suitcase

    Once your repair is complete, we will ship your repaired suitcase to arrive by the end of your loan period.
    After receiving your repaired suitcase, please inspect it upon arrival.
    Place the loaner suitcase into the shipping box used for your repaired suitcase, attach the prepaid return shipping label, and arrange for pickup with the designated courier to return the loaner suitcase to us.

    *The prepaid return shipping label is attached to the inside of the top flap of the shipping box.

Important Information

Please read before using the service.

  • This service is available only while your suitcase is being repaired and cannot be used for any other purpose.
  • You will not be charged for normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches, stains, or signs of use that occur during normal use.
  • The loaner suitcase is not a new product.
    (It is a pre-owned loaner suitcase that has been thoroughly cleaned, including the interior, before being sent to you.)
  • Please use the loaner suitcase only for its intended purpose and handle it with reasonable care. Misuse or rough handling should be avoided.
  • The loaner suitcase may not be sold, transferred, pledged as collateral, subleased, or otherwise provided to any third party.
  • Do not modify or alter the loaner suitcase in any way.
  • We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or losses arising from your use or storage of the loaner suitcase, or for any damages resulting from the loaner suitcase becoming unavailable for use during the loan period.
